Hi, I’m Kenadi!
Struggling through my own personal health journey and losing someone very close to me, I set out on a major career and life change motivated to help others the way I was helped - through a functional nutrition approach. I have completed my Masters in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport and am currently completing my supervised clinical hours to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), focusing on evidence-based nutrition strategies that support metabolic health, energy, and overall well-being. I believe in personalized support for each person that I work with, meeting you right where you are at and creating an approach that is both practical and sustainable for long term success. I believe that meaningful change begins with education, compassion, and the right support. My goal is to make healthy living accessible, enjoyable, and personalized for each person I work with.
